Our halawa is made from our own dense tahini with a balanced sugar ratio, so the sesame flavour stays in front. It is firm and cohesive, not crumbly or stretchy.

Yes. Every batch is recorded; share the batch number with us.

Keep tahini and halawa in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, heat, moisture and strong smells, and close the pack tightly after each use. Natural oil separation can appear on tahini; stir it well before use. Follow the shelf life and storage instructions printed on each pack. Full guidance is on our Quality page.
